Agency9 receives European Seal of e-Excellence

Platinum award for innovative products and excellent marketing practices

Agency9 was today announced as one of the platinum winners of the European Seal of e-Excellence 2010, the prestigious Europe-wide Award honouring leading European ICT and digital media companies with an excellent track record in innovative marketing of digital products and services.
Awarded annually by the European Multimedia Forum (EMF), the European Seal of e-Excellence is widely known for promoting companies in the digital field with innovative products and services, and excellent marketing practices to promote them. Agency9 was awarded the Platinum level, the highest class of Seal of e-Excellence.
Margaretha Mazura, EMF Secretary-General, declared: “These companies are distinguished with the European Seal of e-Excellence first and foremost because of their marketing focus and because they, as a consequence, are natural job creators. More than ever, emphasis on a marketing-driven approach is one of the prerequisites for a successful and competitive ICT industry in Europe, today and in the future.”

3D plan visualization with Motala municipality
Motala municipality utilizes Agency9′s web 3D GIS solution to visualize an urban plan in a 3D map environment. People are invited to easily take part in the planning process of the “Södra Freberga” area in Motala and to take part of how the area will be developed. Using 3D map functionality it is easy to move around and explore the area.
In this project Motala uses Agency9′s product 3DMaps with the add-ons Forest visualization and City Planner.
